2007 will be the first year for our middle school program. The middle school plan was developed by the teachers with the help of the students. The teachers developed a framework of academic and asked the students for their suggestions for elective (encore) classes.

The Middle School Academic program is based upon McDougal-Littell for reading and language and Saxon for mathematics. All students will take physical education and a Teen Leadership course as mandatory encore subjects. Other encore subjects they may choose include band and math logic, art and technology.
We will also be starting a sports program this year for our middle school students.
