"Thank you, Bennett Venture Academy (BVA), for coming to Toledo, Ohio. When I first sat at a introductory meeting with BVA, I was looking for something better for my 8 year old daughter. I was looking for a better education and for teachers who cared for their students. As I listened in the meeting about BVA I knew this is where I wanted my daughter to go to school. I was eager to put in my daughter’s application to attend Bennett Venture Academy.

I was right, this has been the best school for my daughter and also myself. She is very happy here at her new school. The teachers here are friendly and do care for each and every one of their students. The students are challenged everyday. My daughter’s grades are excellent. The education is beyond my expectations.

As a parent, even my goals are met by knowing that I can volunteer in the school, wherever they may need me. Whether it be assisting in the office, working in the book fair, or just helping in the school events, it’s great to know I can help.

"We are just two of the proud parents who currently have children enrolled at Bennett Venture Academy. Our family has supported this school since our oldest son started kindergarten here three years ago. Now joining his older brother, our youngest son is enjoying his school days here at Bennett Venture. Before this school was built my husband and I were trying to decide what school would work best for our children and what school would challenge our children to the fullest. We were quite shocked when we found out Bennett was going to be built close to our house. Our future was starting to look brighter at that point. We thought it would work out for the best if children could attend the new school that was being built.

From that point on we just cherish every day that our boys attend Bennett, come home in the afternoon to finish their homework with smiles on their faces, knowing they learned something that day. Not only are they learning, but they are being challenged to put forth the effort that us parents and the teachers know they are capable of doing. We feel that Bennett Venture has a wonderful educational program and the atmosphere is definitely something to be part of.

Parents like to see their kids coming home from school and having a good conversation about how their day went. We feel our children are safe and are being kept under good behavior standards. We like to see the children being disciplined when necessary in a positive way, and the dress code is an awesome thing here at Bennett Venture. As parents, we enjoy being invited into the school during school hours and being able to participate and interact with our child while working with the teachers and observing how they are doing. It is fun, the children seem to like it and we feel it is important to parent-teacher involvement.

All in all, we are very pleased and very proud that our two wonderful boys attend Bennett Venture Academy. Without this school we would be up to our necks in worries about our children.
